Now that that Creek Turnpike shooter has hit again, previous victims are speaking out. The fifth vehicle was hit by a bullet on the Creek Turnpike three days ago.

News on 6 reporter Steve Berg says it's been six weeks since the original shootings. He talked with one of the motorists who thought it was over.

Golf Instructor Tracy Phillips had one of the four vehicles that were hit back in April. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has no way of knowing if the shooter is trying to hit drivers or just the vehicles. They don't even know for sure if this is all the work of the same shooter, but it's frightening all the same.

Tracy Phillips: "After everything had relaxed and hadn't heard of any more shootings, I started going back on the Creek Turnpike back home and since this latest shooting, I'm going to go ahead and stay off of it. It's just too risky, I've got an 11-month-old baby girl and a wife and I just think I can get home another way."

The cash reward for tips that lead to an arrest has more than tripled from $3,000 to $10,000. You can call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol's tip line at 627-0440.
