OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma County prosecutors file eight felony counts against a man in connection with a counterfeit DVD ring.
Brian Michael Harris is accused of using a computer to commit a felony by counterfeiting DVD movies for distribution and sale.
Harris faces one count of unlawful access to computers and a count of possession of counterfeit labels to affix to copies of motion pictures for the purpose of financial gain.
He also faces three counts of distribution of obscene materials and three counts of offering to sell motion pictures with counterfeit labels affixed for private financial gain.
Harris could face fines and jail time after a former felony conviction ranging from up to four years to life.
