There are new developments in a north Tulsa triple shooting.

Tulsa Police have arrested 27 year old Tony Harris on three complaints of shooting with the intent to kill. Police say Harris and another man tried to rob some people during a backyard bar-b-que a week ago, and began shooting when everyone started running. Harris is being held on a $320,000 bond.

The other suspect is still on the loose.
