A Sand Springs mother says her patience has worn out. The woman's 5-year-old daughter was taken from her Sand Springs home in January and sexually assaulted. She's frustrated that no one's been arrested.

The girl says the man took her out of her window, sexually assaulted her a few feet away, and then left her. Sand Springs Police say they're doing what they can. They even took DNA samples from several men in the neighborhood. Now, they are waiting on results while the labs face big backlogs.

Angela just wants to be able to tell her daughter the man is in jail. "My big frustration is I don't feel anything is being done to catch this person. He's still out there and I keep calling and they keep putting me off.”

The man is white, had a big black jacket with a hood over his face, and a goatee. Sand Springs Police say they want to solve the case and they welcome any tips.
