Fire chases a Tulsa woman from her home early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters were called to the home near 36th Street and 120th East Avenue around 1:30 AM. When they arrived the homeowner was already outside, but flames shot through the roof.

The fire was quickly put out, but not until it did about $25,000 in damage.

Investigators say they believe malfunctioning lawn equipment such as a battery operated lawnmower in the garage sparked the fire.
