WAGONER, Okla. (AP) _ A Wagoner County man faces an August 22nd retrial after a jury fails to reach a verdict in his murder case.

Prosecutors say that after deliberating for nearly ten hours, jurors couldn't reach a verdict in the trial of 48-year-old David Allen Kennedy, who is charged with the 2003 stabbing death of 32-year-old Steven Brett Nilmeier of Appalachia, Virginia.
