A Tulsa County judge followed a jury's recommendation, formally sentencing Zachary Hudson to 20 years in prison and fined him $10,000 for the death of TC Lane.

Lane and Hudson were out late with friends on Christmas Eve in 2003, when the two got in a fight.

Reports say Hudson then got in a car and ran over Lane.
