A teacher and school bus driver has pleaded innocent to two misdemeanor counts of negligent homicide in an accident that killed 2 people last month in Payne County.

Jimmie Sue Blose is accused of failing to yield at a stop sign near Cushing. Investigators say that caused the bus to collide with a flatbed truck. Ripley student Sandra Combs and a Cushing rancher died from massive head injuries.

Blose is free on a personal recognizance bond. If convicted, she could spend a year in jail and pay a $1,000 fine.
