Charges have been filed stemming from a prison riot in Cushing last month. <br/><br/>Thursday, the district attorney in Payne County filed murder charges against six prisoners in the death of Adam Lippert.

Charges have been filed stemming from a prison riot in Cushing last month.

Thursday, the district attorney in Payne County filed murder charges against six prisoners in the death of Adam Lippert. Lippert was stabbed to death during the riot at the Cimarron Correctional facility.

Officials say more charges against other inmates could come soon.
