Three people were killed in separate accidents on Oklahoma highways.
Hilario Cordova, 19, of Tuttle was killed early Saturday when he was struck by two cars on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike in Grady County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
After crashing into the center divider on the highway, Cordova's car rolled once and ended up facing the wrong direction, the patrol said. Cordova exited his car and was standing behind it when it was hit by another vehicle driven by Darrell Kendrix, 57, of Moore. A third truck then struck Cordova and Kendrix's vehicle.
Cordova was pronounced dead at the scene. Kendrix and three passengers in his vehicle were injured.
In a separate accident on Saturday, Wendell L. Gaskins, 70, of Slick was pronounced dead at the scene of a one-car accident in Creek County. The OHP said Gaskins suffered a heart attack while driving along state highway 16 and ran off the roadway.
And in Canadian County, a Watonga teenager was killed Friday when the pickup truck in which he was riding ran off the road and rolled.
Trevor Nault, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 11 p.m. accident, the patrol said.
Troopers believe the truck's driver, Zachariah Garrett, was headed east on the road when the vehicle ran off the pavement, struck a fence post and continued into a field before it rolled twice.
The patrol says Nault was thrown about 60 feet from the truck.
