WASHINGTON (AP) -- Vice President Dick Cheney will speak Tuesday at a memorial service in Oklahoma City on the 10th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing that killed 168 people.
And Governor Brad Henry says former President Bill Clinton will also be attending ceremonies for the anniversary.
Clinton was president at the time of the bombing and spoke at a memorial service in Oklahoma City days later. He returned in 1996 for the first anniversary and again in 2000 to attend the opening of the memorial.
Congressman Ernest Istook, whose district includes downtown Oklahoma City, is also scheduled to attend.
