OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Oklahoma County judge declared a mistrial after the mother of a slain infant and two others disrupted the trial.

District Judge Virgil Black ordered 27-year-old Kelly Ryan Clark, 48-year-old Paula Ford and 25-year-old Mary Ford jailed and held without bond after Tuesday's incident during the trial of Kelvin Hubbard.

Hubbard was Clark's boyfriend when her son, Andrew, was killed in August 2002.

When Hubbard entered the courtroom, Kelly Clark and the Fords stood and removed their coats to show shirts printed with a large photo of the victim. Oklahoma County district attorney spokeswoman Debra Forshee said the women were sitting in the front row next to the jury box.

Black then called a mistrial and dismissed the jury. Forshee says prosecutors support Black's decision.

Assistant District Attorney Lynne McGuire says the prosecution hasn't been in contact with Clark because she is a defendant in the case on a charge of permitting child abuse.

Prosecutors say Andrew Clark appeared to be a victim of a shaking.
