A possible tornado toppled power lines and knocked out power to nearly 1,100 people in eastern Oklahoma County Sunday night, authorities said.

There were no reports of injuries or structural damage when the storm moved through Harrah, said David Burright, operations officer for Oklahoma County Emergency Management.

Power had been restored to all but about 125 Oklahoma Gas & Electric customers in the Oklahoma City metro area by early Monday morning as crews worked through the night and parts of S.E. 15th Street between Peebly and Harrah roads remained closed early Monday because of downed power lines and poles.

About 200 more OG&E customers in Poteau and Panama in eastern Oklahoma and in the Fort Smith, Ark., area were without electricity early Monday as storms moved out of the state.

The storm began bubbling about 7 miles southwest of Blanchard in McClain County and moved over Norman into Oklahoma County, where the first warnings were issued.

Storm trackers reported power flashes as the storm moved east of Oklahoma City and into Lincoln County. There were no reports of damage or injury in Lincoln County.

Other severe thunderstorms were reported in southeastern Oklahoma, with small hail and winds of 60 mph reported.
