The battle's not over for the family of a fallen Oklahoma soldier. Staff Sargeant Jason Hendrix was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq.

After a California court battle between his divorced parents, he was buried in Tulsa over the weekend. Now, the family has to go back to court.

The attorney for Jason Hendrix's father Russ tells the News on 6, his ex-wife has filed a petition in Rogers County to vacate the order that gave Russ custody of Jason's body. She's also filed a motion in California to get the judge to reconsider the Oklahoma burial.

The family says this isn't the attention they hoped Jason's sacrifice would get and just wish they could start grieving his death.
