The last of the RV's at Kerr Kountry RV are on the auction block, advertised as a foreclosure sale.
The business at 11518 East 66th Street North in Owasso, shut down before Christmas, leaving some customers without titles to RV's they had just bought. Some even found out their new RV's were mortgaged by someone else - so if they want to keep them - they would have to pay off the old loan.
Several customers have legal action pending - but all have a common thread - they didn't get clear title to their new vehicle. Attorney Luke Wallace: "Make sure you see the title, before you sign any contracts or hand over any money. It's the only way to make sure there are no liens on it."
The foreclosure sale, a sealed bid auction, ended Wednesday.
A man on site at Kerr showing RV's to prospective bidders say he thought customers had been treated fairly and didn't think anyone had lost money.
