A delay in court for a Stilwell 3rd grader accused of threatening classmates with knives at school.

His hearing was postponed because his lawyer was too busy to attend. Heather Hatchett had filed for a temporary restraining order after she says the boy held a knife to her sonâ€™s throat.

Other parents thought the restraining order would keep the boy from coming to school, so they let their children return.

However, the boy is still in school, but is in a new class. The school board in Stilwell met in executive session Monday night. The school's lawyer talked about what could be done to improve security.
