This is the 3rd crash in just two months on the westbound lanes where I-44 and Highway 66 come together in Catoosa.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says each accident involved semi-trucks. The one Monday night was pulling 3 trailers when it lost control and plowed through the concrete retaining wall and down the embankment.

Investigators don't know exactly how fast the truck was going, but they say judging by the tire marks, it was too fast.

The cab actually separated from the trailers and flipped over. It was partially crushed, but the truck driver walked away.
