A convicted school shooter could be free of state supervision after his last review hearing in Muskogee this week.

Seth Trickey was convicted of shooting five of his fellow students at Fort Gibson Middle School in December of 1999. Prosecutors say Trickey, who is now 18, possibly avoided time in an adult prison because no one was killed. He spent nearly 3 years at Sand Springs' Rader Center.

Trickey was released to his grandparents' custody in Kansas last year, where he has been attending college classes.
