Yaffe Iron and Metal plant in Muskogee says it will meet with OSHA inspectors next week to discuss citations the company received Friday.
The citations were given to the plant after a furnace explosion last December that killed two workers.
The company was cited for inadequate documentation regarding certain chemical elements and the dangers of mixing them with aluminum, failing to ensure the company's safety officer went through proper company safety training and not havng a material safety data sheet easily accessible to employees.
A Yaffe spokesman says the company does not agree with the last citation about the placement of material safety data sheets.
The fines totalled less than $10,000.
