OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ State drug agents Thursday arrested 13 Oklahoma City area residents in breaking up what they call a large-scale crack cocaine distribution network.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics spokesman Mark Woodward says Thursday's raid is the result of a 13-month long investigation involving federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Woodward says several more arrests are expected.

Woodward says some of those arrested are also suspected of stealing checks to buy gift cards from area businesses.
