A police standoff in Broken Arrow ended peacefully early Thursday morning.

Officers were called to a home on East Norman Place after a woman called 911 and said her husband, Joseph Mitchell, pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.

She ran to a neighbor's house and the man barricaded himself inside the home and wouldn't come out.

Broken Arrow Police entered the home a few hours later, and found Mitchell asleep.
