Investigators still don't know what caused an explosion and fire at the Sinclair refinery in Tulsa.

Officials say a flare drum undergoing maintenance, exploded Monday afternoon. The blast rocked west Tulsa and sent huge plumes of black smoke into the air. No one was injured.

So far, foul play or Monday's stormy weather have been ruled out as possible causes.
