Two Muskogee teenagers are charged with abusing their 4 month-old son.

16-year-old Harley Scott and 17-year-old Melinda Burnett are charged under the youthful offender act, but prosecutors say the two will be tried in adult court.

Muskogee Police say a grandmother noticed bruises on the baby and took him to the hospital. Doctors discovered his arm, elbow, rib and both wrists have been broken and he suffered a bruised skull and legs.

Authorities say Burnett blames Scott, while Scott says the baby fell off a couch.
