Tulsa Police Chief Dave Been met with the independent investigator Wednesday afternoon.

The mayor put Chief Been on paid administrative leave recently for not showing the mayor an interim report, until he asked for it. The report was critical of the Tulsa Police Department's SWAT team.

Mayor Bill LaFortune appointed a Tulsa attorney to look into the matter, then he'll decide what to do about Been's status.
