UNDATED (AP) -- Officials are announcing separate recalls of candle sets and of toy flashlights that were sold nationwide last year.

Sets of Harvest Brand Tea Light candles sold by Big Lots are being recalled because the flame could melt the plastic holder and cause a fire or burn consumers. The item number A5023 is written on the bottom of the candle's packaging.

Also being recalled are Glowin' Dino and Glowin' Doggy Animal Flashlights sold at Target stores across the country.

The flashlights are shaped like a dinosaur or a dog and have paint that contains excess levels of lead which can cause serious health problems in children.

The flashlights being recalled have date codes on the bottom of LC5H161; LC5H291; LC5I031; LC5I091; LC5I131; LC5J061; LC5J231; or LC5J311.
