FORT CARSON, Colo. (AP) -- An autopsy was planned on the body of an Oklahoma man, discovered near a sewage treatment facility at Fort Carson.

Joseph Barker, 21, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was found dead about 8:30 AM Tuesday, military officials said. He'd been with the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team before leaving the Army in May 2005.

Base spokeswoman Dee McNutt said Barker had been missing since February 9.

Military police, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's office were looking into Barker's death.
