Winter weather has kept police, paramedics and road crews busy across Tulsa.

News on 6 anchor Terry Hood says while the temperature is now above freezing, that has not stopped accidents like one on the Broken Arrow Expressway Monday morning. One woman was taken to the hospital.

EMSA crews say they're twice as busy as they normally are. Meanwhile, Tulsa city crews are getting ready to hit slick spots again Tuesday morning.

City of Tulsa Public Worksâ€™ Paul Strizek: "We're going to have a crew come in in the morning about four o'clock, just again, as a precaution, to look for refreeze, water leaks, sprinkler systems people leave on, that kind of thing. â€œ

Even though streets are in the best condition they've been all weekend, Monday, there were still traffic accidents all over the city. Like an SUV, which ended up inside a Tulsa business. No one was hurt in that accident.

The city also says some roads are still too slippery for garbage trucks, delaying pickup in some neighborhoods.
