Oklahoma cops were honored for a job well done Thursday.

Saint Francis Hospital, the Tulsa Area Safe Kids Coalition and State Farm Insurance hosted the 13th annual Buckledown Awards Thursday morning.

Awards were given to law enforcement officers who shown exceptional work in traffic safety, from catching red light runners and DUI offenders, to enforcing seat belt laws.

Six officers from the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office and 34 from the Tulsa Police Department received these awards. The Broken Arrow Police Department picked up 14 awards and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol received 19.
