An arrest in a Good Samaritan shooting in Tulsa late Wednesday evening.
Tulsa Police say two men were standing outside a store at the Northridge Shopping Center at 5000 North Peoria, when Michael Brown Junior[pictured] walked toward them, stumbled and fell down.
When one of the men, Andre Clayton went to help him up, Tulsa Police say Brown pulled a gun and shot Clayton three times. Clayton died at the hospital.
Brown was arrested Thursday morning. He now faces first degree murder charges. He was booked into the Tulsa County jail Thursday afternoon.
