A Tulsa man is on trial for the death of his 2-year-old son.

Carlis Ball was arrested for murder and child neglect last June after his son, Kennan Taylor was found with burns on 75 percent of his body.

Tulsa Police say Keenan was burned with scalding hot water, and that Ball waited a day before calling 911.

Ball claimed he accidentally spilled water on his son while he was cooking dinner.
