The trial is underway for one of two men accused of killing the Pawnee County Sheriff five years ago.

James Taylor[pictured left] is charged with first-degree murder in the 2001 shooting death of Sheriff Dwight Woodrell Jr.

Woodrell was shot and killed after he interrupted a burglary at a Cleveland drilling company.

Justin Walker[pictured right] also faces charges in the case. He goes to trial in a few months.
