PONCA CITY (AP) _ ConocoPhillips is donating a 70,000 square foot building in Ponca City and up to $2-million to Oklahoma State to establish a national sensor testing center.

The sensor testing is part of national security and defense efforts.

The new center will be the University Multispectral Laboratory and is expected to eventually have 80 scientists, engineers and support personnel with an annula payroll of nearly $14-million. It'll be managed by a government contractor.

The building is located within the ConocoPhillips complex in Ponca City.
