OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma Silver-Haired Legislature says its primary goal this year is to establish an Oklahoma Aging Department.
They say they want to make the abuse of anyone 65 and older a felony and separate sex offenders from other residents in nursing homes.
They're also hoping to establish a senior citizen alert, similar to the Amber Alert system, to find missing people.
