A man with a history of DUI arrests is headed to state prison.
47-year-old Timothy Redmond of Tulsa pleaded guilty to three 2005 felony charges of driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to six years in prison. Records indicate that Redmond had been arrested on a suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs 13 times since November 2002, but had been charged in only four of the cases.
Under the plea agreement, punishment for other DUI charges that have been filed against Redmond -- some of which are not yet resolved -- won't add to the six-year prison sentence.
