Thieves in Creek County have stolen a lot of trust along with several heads of cattle. Sometime Monday afternoon, thieves took four Hereford cows from DeWayne Hale’s property west of Sapulpa.
What makes it even worse is that two of the cows belong to his 14-year-old son Joseph. Joseph shows the cows through the ag program at school.
DeWayne Hale: "It's very frustrating because you have a plan or little dream for your son and somebody whittles away at it."
Joseph Hale: "I never expected to come out here and see them gone."
Sale barns around the area have been asked to watch out for the stolen cattle.
If you saw anything out of the ordinary, you can contact the Hale family at 918-321-3196 or call the Creek County Sheriff's Office.
