While some people are excited about big jackpots in the powerball drawings, others are concerned about gambling addiction.
The News on 6 talked to a recovering gambling addict. We'll call her "Faith" and she fears with the widespread availability of Powerball across Oklahoma and the big jackpots, more people will become addicted to gambling.
"Certainly there will be plenty of people who can bet a dollar and be happy to do that and laugh about it and there will be some people who take it very, very seriously and it won't be a pretty sight."
Anyone with a gambling problem can call Gamblers Anonymous. The number for the Tulsa chapter is 918-760-4349.
