OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The former financial director of the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology is being fined and ordered to pay restitution for filing false time sheets.

Geneva Faye Worthen is also being ordered to forfeit her state retirement.

Worthen was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty last September to filing fraudulent time sheets. Prosecutors say she must pay more than $28,000 in restitution by the end of next month.

She was indicted in April 2004 by a multicounty grand jury that said she was paid for 885.5 hours she never worked.
