For the second time in as many months, a Tulsa mall is changing hands.

Columbus, Ohio- based Glimcher Realty is buying Promenade Mall at 41st and Yale for about $58-million.

They'll close the deal in late January and may partner with Oxford Properties in the venture.

Last month, an Atlanta company bought Eastland Mall.
