Owasso Police have made a big arrest they say will affect dozens of Tulsa victims.

18-year-old Daniel Wright and two juveniles are in custody, for breaking into cars. One juvenile reportedly confessed to as many as 100 car burglaries in the Tulsa area.

Some of the stolen items have been recovered and detectives are trying to match them to victims.
