BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) _ A Bartlesville man will stand trial on a child neglect charge after police found a 3-year-old boy wandering the streets on three occasions.
After a preliminary hearing, a judge ordered 38-year-old Richard Allen Goodman to stand trial.
Records show police first found the boy wandering the streets on March 2nd. Six days later, police found him sitting in a front yard, crying and alone, wearing only pajama bottoms despite the mid-30s temperature.
According to a police affidavit, the next day the toddler turned up near a liquor store dressed only in underwear, although the temperature was 37 degrees and it was raining.
