Tulsa Police have made an arrest in a murder last week.

Kiabi Wilkerson is in the Tulsa County jail, booked on a complaint of first degree murder.

Detectives say Wilkerson and another woman got into a fight outside a home on North Madison Place and began shooting.

An innocent neighbor, 40-year-old Angela Hope, heard the commotion, opened her door to see what was happening and was hit with gunfire.

She died at the scene.
