The Tulsa Zoo welcomes a new addition.

Ulysses and Eugena, two of the zoo's howler monkeys gave birth to a baby girl last month.

The howler monkey's name comes from the very loud, deep vocalization they make that serves as a spacing mechanism with other howler monkey groups.

The new howler monkey baby is on public display in the zoo's rainforest exhibit.
