Sapulpa Police arrested a man over the weekend who was being naughty, not nice.

Police arrested 52-year-old James Lahl Christmas morning. He was dressed as Santa Claus and hitting a street sign. Police say Lahl had pulled a no parking sign from the ground and was beating another street sign with it.

The officer said Lahl smelled of alcohol and was arrested for destroying city property and public intoxication.
