OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Authorities say a child who died in an Oklahoma City house fire was likely to be removed from the home the same day because of numerous concerns by the state Department of Human Services.
State records show a judge had ordered on Monday that seven-year-old Carlos Arrendondo be taken from the home. The judge gave the order unaware of Arrendondo's and his sister's death.
The judge had also ordered the removal of Carlos' other sister, nine-year-old Alexus Williams, who survived the fire.
