BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- A Dewey woman who was given probation for the heat-related death of her 5-month-old son in 2003 has completed her sentence and her record is being expunged.

Deidre Tucker was given probation after pleading guilty to second-degree manslaughter in the death of Braden Tucker.

The boy was found dead in his car seat after being left there for about eight hours.

Deidre Tucker said she was running late and thought she had left her son with a babysitter and didn't realize until she went to pick him up that he was still in her car.

Investigators estimate the temperature inside the car reached 140 degrees.
