The search for a victim who wrecked and abandoned their car in downtown Tulsa early Wednesday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the Inner Dispersal Loop shortly before 1 AM. They found a car that hit a retaining wall, but there was no driver.

Tulsa Police are investigating.
