NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- A Norman woman is charged with animal cruelty after nearly a dozen horses were found without enough food or water at her farm in northeast Norman.
Melinda Robb is free on bail after being charged in Cleveland County District Court.
Court documents say a blind horse and another horse were found locked in a barn with no food and five horses were found shivering in a pasture.
A veterinarian says several horses are in too poor health to be moved.
Court papers say an 81-year-old woman and a dog were also taken from the property.
