McALESTER, Okla. (AP) _ charges have been filed against a woman in connection with a May 10th traffic accident that killed two of her children.

Tonia Homer faces two misdemeanor counts of negligent homicide. Homer also two misdemeanor counts of failure to use a child safety restraint system and one count each of driving with a revoked license and failure to carry an insurance/security verification form.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Homer was driving in northwest Pittsburg County at a high speed when she ran off the road at a curve, striking several trees.

Homer's 3-year-old daughter, Kirstan Webb, was pronounced dead on arrival at McAlester's hospital. Her son, 7-year-old Jonathan Webb, died the next day.
