Two employees of a Tulsa-based company were killed while working in Delaware City, Delaware.

The men worked for Matrix Service Industrial Contractors Incorporated, a subsidiary of Matrix Service Company. They were exposed to nitrogen fumes.

Matrix Service Company provides general industrial construction and maintenance services to the petroleum and gas industries.
