CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) _ A missing 2-year-old girl who was the focus of a statewide Amber Alert was found unharmed with her mother in Grady County Saturday, authorities said.

The little girl, November Loper, was turned over to her custodial grandmother while the girl' mother, Misty Loper, 22, the driver of a vehicle they were in and a male passenger were returned to Cleveland County to face charges, Chickasha Police Department Sgt. Helen McMullen said.

They may also face a variety of charges in Grady County, McMullen said.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for the girl on Friday. November Loper was last seen in Oklahoma City with her mother, authorities said.

The alert was requested by the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The home the girl was in is located in a part of Oklahoma City that stretches into Cleveland County, a dispatcher said.

Terri Larabee, identified as the child's custodial grandparent, told reporters that Misty Loper arrived at the home and demanded to see her child.

Larabee said she initially prevented Misty Loper from taking the child but that two men, whom she did not recognize, helped them get away.

``As strung out as she is, it's hard to tell where that baby is. ...,'' Larabee said. ``We just need her home.''

The Amber Alert plan is named for 9-year-old Amber Hagerman, who was kidnapped in Arlington, Texas, and killed in 1996. Amber Alerts activate Oklahoma's early alert warning system and notify law officers statewide.
